Replace ID Card

  • Use to replace a lost or stolen IATA/IATAN ID Card and keep same expiration date
  • Agents who are registered on IATAN's OnLine Services may now replace their ID Cards online.

Steps


1. Click on ''Replace ID Card''
2. Review your photo
a) If you wish to keep the existing photo, click on ''Continue''
b) If you want to update the photo, upload a new image
3. Review your personal details
 
a) If the information is incorrect, do not proceed.
Complete a Personnel List Amendment Form and submit to IATAN

b) If the information is accurate, please proceed with the selection of your ID Card, with or without expedite service and click ''Continue''

 
4. Proceed with payment information
5. Click ''Continue''
6. Click ''Confirm Payment''
  • For ID card without expedited courier service, please allow 10 business days delivery time.
  • For ID card with expedited courier service, order must be place before 3:00 PM ET to ensure delivery within 4 business days.
